CryptoRave 2026

Call for Activities - CryptoRave 2026

The Call for Activities for the 10th edition of CryptoRave is now open! The world's largest free and open security and privacy event will be held on May 8 and 9, 2026 in São Paulo.

We will receive proposals for talks, debates, workshops, games, hands-on activities and FLOSS (free/libre/open software/source) projects for collaboration. We also encourage proposals for artistic presentations, expositions, movies sessions and pocket shows.

To submit an activity for CryptoRave 2026, simply fill in this form
Filling in personal details such as name, surname and gender is optional, as we always value your privacy. In other words, all we need is a valid email address to communicate with you. Please use a valid e-mail address, this will be our main means of contacting you. 😉

The information about the activity must be filled out in as much detail as possible so that we can analyze your proposal. If more than one person is taking part, please provide the name and e-mail address of each member. This will be important when registering for the event.

Applications are open until March 31, 2026, at 23:59 (UTC-3) Brasilia Time (BRT). Don't leave it to the last minute!

Important notes:

If you've only left one email as a contact, keep an eye on it! We're a small team carefully managing each submission, so be patient and you'll hear back from us ASAP.
We will respond to ALL proposals, whether they are selected or not. We expect to reply in the first few weeks of April.

And remember, holding an event like CryptoRave - autonomous, open and free - is expensive. To ensure that your activity and CryptoRave itself take place, support and publicize our funding campaign on Catarse

Publicizing the event and activities is also a shared and distributed responsability.
